I saw an extract of an after-match interview with Thomas Tuchel. He stated that he took the decisions that lead to the defeat of England against Argentina, and so the responsibility rested squarely on his shoulders.
Like Rishi Sunak taking the decisions that landed Britain in the biggest peace time debt on record. A debt the British people are likely to be paying for over the next 25 years or so.
Sunak blithely stepped aside, out of a short lived career in politics, and back into his role with banking, landing a plumb job with Goldman and Sachs, for having crippled Britain.
Undoubtedly Tuchel will land a plumb job with FIFA who were anxious to see- that is to say had a lot of money riding on – Argentina vs Spain.
Entertaining as that match may well be it is a kick against integrity, and indeed England’s destiny.
So many decisions throughout this tournament have bourne the mark of bias and stitch up.
Live with it, Tuchel. FIFA is violently corrupt.

And they wonder why they cannot trust anyone. Trust begins by being trustworthy, not allied to one party or another, but standing before Truth, Justice, and Honour, aspects of the Divine. Theft just doesn’t stand ujp to scrutiny.
